A fun introduction to clay hand building, either as a stand alone or in preparation for a more advanced class.

A fun introduction to clay hand building with an animal focus. Either a stand alone or in preparation for a more advanced class.

French Cafe and Art SCene
Beginner one day drawing class, starting at a cafe and moving to a gallery in the city for the afternoon.
Friday September 26th, 9am-3pm.
Ages 8-14, $90, materials and a hot chocolate included.
Intermediate Day of Clay - Returning Students
Students will use their built knowledge to create wonderful pieces in speckled clay. Make something functional or create your own design from slab rolled clay. Two previous clay class required.
Monday September 29th, 9am-3pm.
Ages 9-15, $130 materials included.
Animal Botanical
Paint an animal into a botanical scene. The studio will be filled with flowers to observe and draw on large paper.
Tuesday September 30th. 9am - 4pm.
Ages 10 - 15, $90 materials included.
Designer PLANTER
Students learn to use templates, creating their own themed ceramic wall planter. Then hand painted in underglaze on a lovely speckled clay that will be glazed and fired.
Wednesday October 1st, 9am-3pm.
Ages 10-14, $135 all materials included.
Clay Creatures
Scientifically study an insect of your choosing and recreate it in clay.
Thursday October 2nd, 9am to 3pm.
Ages 10 to 15, $90 materials included.
Sculpted Animal Bowl
Focusing on sculpting skills, students will choose an animal and the create the head and limbs to be attached to a pre-formed bowl. Student will carve their creation and decorate with underglaze.
Friday October 3rd, 9am-4pm.
